TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any person utilizing the WIT space must sign a liability waiver. (available with front desk staff if you are unsure whether you have signed)
- WIT is a trusted space for our members.
- Women in Tandem encourages every member to reinforce the value of belonging to a trusted space. Our policies are in base to keep all of our members comfortable and safe. A trusted space provides a comfortable environment for all of its members to feel seen, heard
- No racist, homophobic, or shaming speech will be tolerated. This includes verbal expression, written language and any social media type posts, comments or images that refer to members or groups meeting in the WIT space. Notice of this speech or behavior will result
in cancellation of membership.
- Any physical altercation or harm to another member will result in cancellation of membership.
- Respect and collaborative intention.
Members will be assigned a Member ID. Members must SIGN IN and SIGN OUT upon entering and exiting the space.
Members are required to opt in to text or email notifications from Women in Tandem.
Membership grants unlimited* access to the WIT space during operating hours
Members acknowledge the possibility of the WIT space being closed to members during normal operating hours for private events. This will not result in a pro rated or discounted rate for members for use of the space on that date.
Members are encouraged to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any resolutions for potential inconveniences.
Seating selections are on a first come first serve basis. Membership provides flexibility to access the WIT space. Please respect our members by vacating your items from the seating area for any prolonged absence.
We provide a clean and organized space but we are not your maids. Keep it clean. Don’t be dirty.
Refrain from touching members belongings.
A portion of your membership fee is used to procure amenities that allow you to focus and be your most productive self in one space. Please respect the offerings and use on an as-needed basis.
Vanity area amenities are provided to help women on the go. Overindulging in these offerings may require corrective action by management
Champagne is provided as an amenity for members at the full membership level. Available champagne does not equate to unlimited champagne. Our reasonable expectation is that no more than 2 glasses of champagne will be consumed on any given day you are in the WIT space. Our on site staff will monitor consumption and has the right to refuse further pours upon their discretion
Programming will include member events (For Example: speaker series). Additional events will be offered at an additional cost for attendance, not included in membership fee.
Membership benefits are not transferable to another person.
Facilities, equipment, amenities, hours, service, regulations, and policies are subject to change, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Women In Tandem and you accept such reasonable changes as a condition of membership.
Women In Tandem believes in the collaboration of women to produce enhanced work product and comradery. Your monthly membership includes one guest pass a month. This pass is for one guest for a date of your choosing during the assigned month. A guest pass will not be banked or reissued if not used during the given month.
If the space is unavailable on your chosen guest date, it is up to the discretion of management to accommodate your guest on a different date. Your guest is an extension of you. They represent you. In addition to guests signing their own liability waiver we expect members to be responsible for their guests and model the culture of Women In Tandem at all times.
An approved application permits the purchase of a Women In Tandem Membership. To activate membership, the accepted member will provide financial account information to sign up for monthly autopay. Payment* is drawn on the first of every month.
All membership levels are required to use our autopay system.
Membership requires an initial TANDEM FEE. You have chosen to honor your time, creativity, productivity by becoming a WIT member. The Tandem Fee will be donated annually on behalf of Women In Tandem to a local nonprofit that supports girls/women.
Day Passes may be purchased by non-members for single day use of the space. Day Pass users will be charged the full amount of the day pass before being allowed to use the space.
Pricing and Policies are subject to change.

Members will be charged on a monthly basis. Members agree to an auto payment contract.
- Members committing to a 12 month contract are required to maintain autopay for the 12 months.
Early cancellation will result in a $300 cancellation fee.
- Members committing to a 6 month contract are required to maintain autopay for the 6 months. Early cancellation will result in a $300 cancellation fee.
- Members on a month to month contract are required to maintain autopay until they give the required notice of their cancellation for the proximate month.
Members are required to notify Women In Tandem management or staff with any payment changes resulting from a lost/stolen or expired card prior to the proximate billing date.
Members may be charged any fees assessed to WIT because of a declined card payment.
If you are on a month to month membership, your payment will auto renew on (payment date or 1st of the month)
30 days (prior to the proceeding autopay date) written notice of cancellation is required for any 6 month or 12 month contracts.
Payments are drawn on the first of every month.
For example: if a member gives a written cancellation notice on the 15th of May, they will still be charged on June 1 and will have use of the space until June 30. They will not be charged on July 1.
7 business days written notice of cancellation is required for any month-to-month contract.
Once a cancellation is accepted, the cancelling member is not eligible for any previous introductory rates or special offers if they choose to re-apply and join.
Management may cancel a member’s membership upon verbal and/or written notice of a violation of a term or condition.
With the agreement of management, a one time hold on your account may be placed. This requires a $40/month fee up to 2 months to lock in your initial monthly membership dues.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of my participation in and use of the Women in Tandem, LLC (“WIT”) property and premises, I attest that I am fully competent to sign and hereby do freely agree to the following Waiver and Release of Liability (the “Release”). I consent to my participation in the WIT activities on the WIT property and acknowledge and understand that my participation and storing of any property, both on the premises and in the parking lot, may involve the risk of property damage or loss, and risk of injury, including losses which may result not only from my actions, inactions, or negligence, but also from the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, the condition of the facilities, equipment, or areas where the event or activity is being conducted.
Additionally, in consideration for my use of the WIT property and premises, and participation in the WIT activities, I hereby waive all claims or causes of action against WIT and its officers, members, directors, employees, volunteers and agents, arising out of my use of WIT property and premises, and hereby forever release, hold harmless, and discharge WIT from all liability in connection with acts or omissions occurring during my participation in WIT activities, including, but not limited to, liability stemming from any claims of property loss, negligence, gross negligence, contractual default, or intentional conduct, including risks which are not known or foreseeable at this time.
Loss of Property. I fully acknowledge and agree that WIT will not accept responsibility for theft or damage to any personal property. I acknowledge that I have been urged to keep valuables on me at all times while at the WIT premises and WIT shall not be liable for the loss of, theft of, or damage to my personal property, including items left in the facility or in the parking lot, including my vehicle.
Alcohol Consumed On Premises. From time to time at exclusive member meetings and events, alcohol may be available for consumption on the premises. I hereby assume all risk involved with the consumption of alcohol and unconditionally hold WIT harmless. I agree to waive and discharge claims against, release from liability, indemnity and hold harmless WIT and its officers, members, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from, my consumption of alcohol on the premises.
