I Am Michelle Gifford Blog

"Okay friends! I so am excited to tell you about an amazing new woman owned business here in California. It is a space created for women entrepreneurs that are looking for a space outside of their home to get their work done. As work-at-home moms I know that sometimes it can be hard to get the “work” part done with the kids playing, chores, Amazon deliveries, and just every day distractions that get in the way when you FINALLY get the time to work."

Meet Ana Lee of Women In Tandem in Riverside

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ana Lee. Ana, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today. I was a lawyer for ten years. I practiced criminal defense. I loved the clients and the job but a few things were happening that made me take a giant leap and quit. I was a mom of 3 kids and felt like I wasn’t doing motherhood very well or my job the best I could. These feelings were prevalent at the same time that I felt that my role as a woman in the office wasn’t valued as much as a man’s role.
